Live, Work and Create! We think that this is what artists need. Creation does not work on a schedule, and we wanted to embrace this with our homestudio concept. A place that provides the artist all the comforts of home and an ample workspace where they can work at their schedule.

We feel this is a missing link in the art community, and our concept is the beginning of something extraordinary! Imagine a village for artists, where creativity is shared and inspired among its residents. A place with shared services that allow any medium of art exploration and a venue within the village where exhibitions can be held to promote the creations. Now that is something extraordinary! Welcome to the new creative destination!

Art Village

This concept was for a luxury 320 sqft stand-alone hotel suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The design with the skylight over the bed provided a source of natural light that would wash the room during the day and a starry sky at night.

40' Single Hotel room

This was a problem that we identified in the city that we wanted to address. We believe the current bus stops are missing providing the users with a critical missing ingredient, toilets.

This is built for Auto Terminal at Khalifa port to use as their office. Being a port operator shipping container,the client wanted to have their office in shipping containers with all modern materials used for the final finshes to have a clean and contemporary feel.

Meraas launched its themed, drive-through restaurant concept and wanted to create F&B outlets for various brands housed in shipping containers. The F&B outlets were of 20' and 40' sizes.
The last exit based on an equestrian inspired theme is located near the Al Qudra lakes and Cycle track.
Last Exit - Abudhabi bound commonly known as mad exit is a mad max inspired theme.
Last Exit at Al Khawaneej’, the third addition to the 'drive-thru mall', the design reflects an agricultural theme of the surrounding community in Al Khawaneej.

Smart Box had designed this toilet block for one of its exhibitions and the client wanted the same design with a change in specifications for their client experience centre.

The client wanted to build an exhibition stall that looked like the Dubai Metro to promote their new project.

The client wanted to build their office in Dubai Marina on the water. A 40'HC container was used to build the office and placed on a pontoon.

The Masaar Male & Female Toilet Blocks at Masaar Cycle Hub, Sharjah, UAE. This project involved transforming 2x 20ft STD containers into premium restroom facilities, providing a comfortable and stylish solution for visitors.

The concept was created using shipping containers and Smart Blox to create a contemporary office that was to be located in DIFC, Dubai.

Office That Fits in Your Garden

Project comprises of Hybrid structures using shipping containers and steel structures.
The space is developed as an Innovation Hub for the Dubai Police HQ. 

Dubai Police Inovation Hub

Modern modular technology meets Arabic architectural concepts, the D3 Pocket Park is a sight for sore eyes. Vertically placed 40’ containers form wind towers which punctuate individual clusters housing D3 offices as well as other service and retail spaces.The project spans a footprint of 1,877 square metres (G + 1) and houses galleries, workshops, stores, cafés, multi-purpose facilities, rental spaces, prayer room and restaurants.

The client wanted to create a sample of their 1, 2 and 3 Bed room apartments along with their sales centre right next to their development.
