About the project

Smart Box delivered a multi-level modular accommodation hub for The Fixer Agency, designed to provide flexible, comfortable, and private living spaces within a compact footprint. Built using a combination of 20ft HC and 40ft HC units, the structure features multiple bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and individual entrance—ideal for ensuring privacy and smooth operational flow. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase, leading to an elevated bedroom suite and outdoor deck area. Together, these elements create a practical, modern, and transportable living solution suited for on-site teams, production crews, or temporary accommodation needs. This project highlights how modular construction can offer high-quality living environments with rapid deployment and architectural efficiency.
