At Dubai Harbour, Smart Box Industries had the privilege of creating a bespoke sales office for Arada, one of the region’s most dynamic developers. Designed and built using 20 fully customized shipping containers, the project demonstrates how modular construction can seamlessly combine speed, flexibility, and sophistication. The sales office was envisioned as more than just a workplace — it’s a brand experience space. With expansive glass facades, open layouts, and premium finishes, the design reflects both the modern vision of Arada and the endless possibilities of container architecture.
