About the project

Smart Box delivered the UAE’s first permanent office building constructed entirely from shipping containers, creating a landmark facility for GEOCHEM at Technopark, Jebel Ali. Built using 44 upcycled containers and spanning 13,440 sqft, the project showcases the scalability and structural strength of modular architecture. Installed on-site in just four days, the office combines efficient planning, modern design, and durable materials to meet GEOCHEM’s operational needs while setting a new benchmark for container-based construction in the region. This project reflects our commitment to high-quality, high-speed, and sustainable building solutions.
