Smart Box Café at BIG 5 Event
we create a café for the Big Five exhibtion in World Trade Centre, Dubai, Smart Box designed and built a container café to showcase the potential of modular construction with shipping containers. The structure was designed to be a café for all the vistiors to experience life inside the container and showcase Smart Box capabilites.
Why did the client choose containers?
Smart Box wanted to showcase to its visitors what a high-quality finished space would be like with shipping containers. Key design elements, such as the staircase, was used to inspire possibilies. The cantilevered containers and the open deck promoted how to maximize space utilisation without sacrificing on design.
Why we love this project?
This was a high-visibility exhibition and Smart Box had a prominent position that attracted a lot of attention to what we do.
